This is a classic beanie pattern that you will return to again and again. Included in pattern are instructions for bulky, worsted, and dk weight yarn each in all five sizes.
You have the option to work a rolled brim, k1p1, or k2p2 brim.
Two new versions of the hat have been added, a gathered hat and a "tea bag" hat in the infant and small child sizes. Neither of these require double pointed needles.
**Materials:**Bulky Weight Hat: 75 (80, 100, 125, 150) yards bulky weight yarn. (3.5 sts/1"). #10.5, 16" circular needles, #10.5 dpns.**
Worsted Weight Hat: 95 (120, 130, 150, 175) yards worsted weight yarn. (4.5 sts/1"). #7, 16" circular needles, #7 dpns.**
DK Weight Hat: 140 (150, 160, 170, 180) yards dk weight yarn. (5.5 sts/1"). #5, 16" circular needles, #5 dpns **
