Simple Footed Sleeper

This is a pdf knitting pattern, written in English and using standard US terminology, for you to knit a newborn baby sleeper photo prop for baby's first photography session. No short rows, fancy footwork or frustration here. Just a very easy, very simple knitted foot, for those of you who like to keep things as simple as possible.

This knitting pattern is also well-suited to knit your reborn or newborn sized doll a cozy sleeper to add to their wardrobe.

This pattern is suitable for an intermediate knitter as it is knit in the round with a 5mm (US8) circular needle, as well as dpns. It requires approximately 195 meters or 215 yards of your favourite worsted weight yarn.

You will need to know how to cast on and off, knit, purl, knit front and back, yarn over, and knit two stitches together.
