Yarn: Takes approximately 230 yards / 210 m of DK weight yarn of your choice. You can use most DK weight yarns for this design. You will need 1 skein of the base colour. If you are making the snowflakes a different colour you need extra yarn of that colour for the snowflakes.

Buttons: You need 2 buttons to fasten size 20 mm or ¾ inch and 3 smaller buttons for the center of the snowflakes that are 15 mm or 9/16 inches.
