Lace shawl worked from the top down. The size is adjustable: you can knit more or less sections and some charts can be repeated as many times as desired. A simple motif evolves and grows until it flows into the lace border.
The sample was knit in Handdyed Barka Kolibri. A substitute yarn is shown below.
