Sorry About the Lupins is a triangular shawl featuring cables and lace to create an interesting surface texture. At the neck edge cables entwine around each other and grow outwards as the shawl becomes larger, emerging as a repeating lace pattern in the remainder of the shawl. Lace is often worked on wrong side as well as right side rows. You also need to be able to read a chart to complete this pattern.
