Space Time Blanket

Looking for a warm, fast blanket for a baby? The Space Time blanket looks complicated, but it’s easy! Both colors are carried throughout the blanket to avoid troublesome bobbins and weaving in many ends. The labyrinth pattern creates an optical illusion effect. 

Experienced crocheters could make this in a day or two.  The super bulky yarn and large hook make it a quick, rewarding project. This is an advanced beginner pattern.  Pattern is written in US terms and includes explanations of all stitches and abbreviations.  US and metric measurements given. Finished dimensions are about 30 by 40 inches (76 by 102 cm) when using super bulky weight yarn and a 11.5 mm hook.  It’s a great size for a stroller, car seat, crib, or tummy time play mat.  This pattern can also be used to make a beautiful rug or pet bed.
