Spindrift fingerless mitts feature a mirrored cable and an extra-long cuff to keep out the wind in winter. They were designed for the November 2017 Yarn Crush club.
Finished Size: Cuff and hand 5” unstretched, up to 8” stretched.
Yarn: Vocabulary Yarns Deliciate, 100% Merino, 181 yards/100grams. Sample knit in Cara Cara. Sample used 140 yards.
Needles: Set of 5 double-pointed needles or your preferred method for knitting in the round; size 6 US (4.0 mm) or size to obtain gauge
Gauge: 19 stitches/26 rows in 4” blocked stockinette in the round.
Difficulty: Intermediate.
Note: It was brought to my attention that the copy sent out by Yarn Crush is incorrect. If you have this via Yarn Crush, you will have been sent a code to download the pattern from Ravelry. Work from the Ravelry copy. Yarn Crush re-writes the pattern in their own format, and it is different from the pattern I published.
