Spiral Hills

Spiral Hills is an asymmetric triangular shawl knitted from side to side. The pattern contains 8 stitches and 8 rows which are repeated over and over. The simplicity of the pattern allows to memorize it easily and literally roll with the knitting. It could be a great project for beginners and give a great confidence to make something advanced. To the taste of the knitter, it could be a small shawlette with scallops along the edge. Or, it could be a big shawl without pointy edges, which would drape nicely and make great cozy companion for cool seasons. Either way it is beautiful and the same time simple pattern.
