Sized for the entire family, get started on this seamless, in-the-round, stranded colorwork cowl today.
Note that this pattern does have some longer floats, so this pattern is not recommended as a first colorwork pattern. (But if you really want to knit it you can always duplicate stitch the design on afterwards).
The amounts needed per color are as follows: Worsted weight yarn. Approx. 50(60, 80)yds / 46(55, 73)m of main color. Approx. 35(40, 45)yds / 32(37, 41)m of ribbing color. Approx 20(25, 55)yds / 18(23, 50)m for chicks. Approx 35(40, 45)yds / 32(37, 41)m for bunnies. A small amount of dark yarn for the eyes and nose.
While the sample is knit with four different colors (plus a fifth for optional eyes), you can use two or any number of colors. This is great for using up leftovers.
