This is meant to be a stashbusting shawl. Grab a couple of yarns that look great together and some needles and get rolling.
gauge isn't important. we are just using up stash. go for needles about 2 sizes larger than you would normal use with your yarn of choice. the green and blue shawl used fingering weight yarn with us8 needles. the brown shawl used dk weight with size 9 needles.
directions are given in such a way that you can make the shawl til you run out of yarn. you do need to reach the recommended number of stitches in the main body to have no alterations with the border lace. if you don't think you have enough yarn, try stripes to make it go farther (like i did with the brown one.)
