A simple knitting pattern for a 'wee willie winkie' style hat. Knitted in a graduated 2 colour stripe, with pom pom detail for a baby or child.
Instructions are given for knitting flat with a seam at back of the hat and for making a pom pom.
SIZES: Six sizes are included: 0-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-12 months, 1-2 years, 3-4 years and 5-6 years
SKILLS REQUIRED: knit, purl, decrease and 2 colour stripe work.
YARN: 1 50g ball of Colour A 1 50g ball of Colour B in DK (light worsted) weight yarn
NEEDLES: 3.25mm (US size 3) needles, either straight or circular according to your knitting method 4mm (US size 6) needles, either straight or circular according to your knitting method
