This is a perfect scrap yarn project. It also would work very well with an ombre!
Tip... I am a loose crocheter. If you know that you crochet tightly, I would go up a hook size. Or you will need to have extra yarn and do extra pattern sequence repeats to make it wide enough and long enough.
Stitches *HDC V stitch=2 HDC into same stitch *SC, single crochet *HDC, half double crochet *DC, double crochet *Magic circle (this is optional. You may do the traditional CH3, slip stitch together to form your ring)
