These socks are part of a collection I designed in collaboration with the amazing Lorajean of Knitted Wit. Her newest trio of yarns, the Victory line of American-made wool, is amazing to work with. Bouncy, sproingy, soft and lovely, every one of the yarns is a pure pleasure.
The Stumptown Collection consists of three patterns: these socks, written for Victory Sock, the Stumptown Shawlette, written for both Victory DK and Victory Fingering, and the Stumptown Cowl, also written for both Victory DK and Victory Fingering. Each pattern is available separately for $6, or you can get the entire collection for $14!
Yarn approximately 330-400 yards fingering-weight yarn. I used Knitted Wit Victory Sock, colorway Rock Candy Teal.
Needles US1/2.25mm needle for small circumference knitting, or size needed to get gauge.
Notions Stitch markers, tapestry needle.
Gauge 35 sts & 50 rows = 4”/10 cm in stockinette stitch in the round, measured after blocking.
