Hi,
Sugar Plum Fairy is the first in my new range of Enchanted Flower Fairies.
There is some simple crotchet on her skirt and neck frill and a little on top of hat using single crotchet and chain stitch. Although the crotchet could be changed for knitting which I have mentioned in the pattern, I like the difference and detail it adds.
The dress is knitted in two halves and joined together, though could be left separate. The top half is knitted neck down. The skirt is knitted from the bottom up.
She is knitted on 3mm needles throughout and any double knit yarn could be used.
