A beautiful and delicate lacy ribbon design baby blanket with a delicate moss stitch border.
Knitted in 4 ply or fingering weight, it’s light, delicate, and the finished size is 80x65cm but can easily be enlarged by adding more rows and columns- I show you where to add within the pattern.
The pattern is simple to follow, and uses 200g of Ivory, for the size shown here.

It is knitted using lace, a style of knitting in which decreases and increases create delicate shapes and ‘holes’. Lace knitting looks complex, with its delicate holes and patterns of shaping. But the secret is, it’s really not!
