This pattern makes a pretty little Butterfly which can be used to decorate your home, turned into a magnet or key ring, to several joined together to create a butterfly garland. They make lovely gifts for friends and family, giving a splash of colour to brighten someone’s day.
I attached a self-adhesive magnet to the back of my butterflies and gave them as thank-you gifts to my teaching colleagues at the end of the summer term. Perhaps next year I will make one for each pupil in my class!
