Summerblossom is a bonus pattern for the Leaf Cycle Collection in celebration of the leafy KAL being held in the Nimble Knits group throughout the month of May 2015.
It is a variation on Summerleaf with the edging adapted from Blossomleaf. It uses the same leaf pattern and crescent shape, but this time with a lighter, more open edging.
When knit in lace weight or cotton, it is ideal for keeping the hot summer sun off delicate shoulders, but it works equally well to keep you warm in the cooler months if knit in a heavier weight.
Both the leaves and the edging can be extended to any size.
It is adaptable to any yardage of lace to sport weight, and can use lots of beads or none at all.
