The perfect accessories to kick off your fall/winter knitting. The hat is ever so slightly slouchy with an interesting texture stitch. Block it flat as a tam or block it rounded for a cute little hat. The matching fingerless gloves come in two sizes, ladies small and medium/large. The texture stitch features a twisted stitch, no cabling required. Both hat and gloves are constructed in the round. 2 skeins of Manos Silk Blend will make both the hat and gloves with room to spare.
This pattern includes both charts and written instruction.
Gauge: 22 sts over 4" in stocking stitch, using the larger needle. It is important to get an accurate gauge in order for the hat and gloves to fit. Change needle size if necessary to obtain gauge. Hat and glove set require approximately 250m. Any DK weight wool or wool blend would work well with this pattern.
