Crocheted loosely on a large hook , this Super Market Bag becomes a traditional string bag when it stretches on its first use . Gauge is not important but as I crochet loosely , you may need to go up a size in the hooks . The yarn is also available in lots of colours so make a few as they crochet up quickly and there is no sewing up . It's a perfect one skein project . I’ve included UK and US crochet terms separately in this pattern .
