This is a triangular shaped shawlette, worked in one piece, from the top down. Casting on requires using the provisional cast-on method. Beads are optional, but they do add a beautiful touch to this shawl.

The sample was knit in Old Maiden Aunt Merino/Nylon/Sparkle.
