Syringa is a delicate triangular shawl worked from the bottom up in a classic filet crochet style. Its design is inspired by lilacs in full bloom - Syringa being the botanical (Latin) name for the lilac plant - with gentle sunbeams filtering through the soft flowers.
The shawl features no obvious right or wrong side and can be easily resized to fit your preferred yarn or style. A special option to make it as a rectangular scarf or stole is also included.
