Allover lace with a dramatic sloped hem sends the typical country-style tiered skirt packing with this high-fashion piece. Worked in 100% linen in a variation of the feather-and-fan stitch, short rows are incorporated between the tiers to achieve the look. Skirt is worked from the waist down. After completing the waistline casing, the lace pattern is worked in the round with increases to form the tiers.
