Worked in rounds with very clear instructions that include the written pattern, a pattern chart and step by step pictures.
I used Cotton Fair by Premier but Minikins by Premier works beautifully for this pattern as well (same weight, slightly clearer stitch definition, slightly more stiff and less soft than Cotton Fair). Bamboo Fair by Premier works well for this pattern too.
These don’t take much yarn so are a good option to use up leftovers.
