This sweater gives you the choice of a kangaroo pocket or two separate pockets.
Contrast colour hip inserts add a little extra width,
The front and back are knit flat to the top of the pocket, joined to work in the round up to the armholes and then completed knit flat. The shoulders are joined with a 3-needle bind off. Set-in sleeves are knit top down/in the round. There is no waist shaping.The bottom of the sweater is hemmed to give a neat crisp edge.
Pattern includes notes on modifying the body and sleeve lengths and pocket widths (now wider than the sample).
