What fun! A magical, enchanting hat for your little princess! she will just love it! Not only is it a warm and cosy winter hat, it is a great addition to the dressing up box too!

Great for pretend play and as a chemo wig to enable children to feel special instead of different. The hat works up quickly using two strands of yarn crocheted together as one, making it soft, stretchy and durable. The hat has been crocheted using a top stitch technique enabling the crown to stand proud of the hair/hat. This may be a new crochet tecnique to you but dont be put off, I will direct you through it, it is not as difficult as it looks :-)

My very detailed, stitch by stitch photo tutorial makes this an easy pattern to understand and follow. If you can do basic crochet stitches Sl St, Hdc, Dc and Sc and are able to use a large hook, you are qualified to make this hat! I will take you through each stage of the hat with close up photos and clear explanations.
