About this pattern
The Riaa Beanie is an advanced beginner pattern that comes in three different sizes: Toddler (Child, Adult). It features a soft cable look, that was inspired by the stream's water that cross your path when walking in the mountains and woods.
The pattern includes both US and metric terms.
Gauge
17 sts x 26 rows using US10 (6mm) needles in Stockinette (worked in the round and unblocked)
Materials
Yarn:
One skein (100g) of Malabrigo Mecha or similar bulky (5) yarn
Needles:
US 8 (5mm), 16" (40cm) circular needles
US 10 (6mm), 16" (40cm) circular needles
US 10 (6mm) DPNs or longer circular needles for magic loop
Notions:
Cable needle
Scissors
Stitch marker
Tapestry needle
Optional: yarn or faux fur pompom
