I dreamt up this sweater design as the weather started to turn from summer, when cosy autumn days with crisp air and golden leaves were on my mind.
I wanted something that I could throw on, with long sleeves, but with a little extra character to take it beyond a standard sweater.
And this really is all about the sleeves!
It’s knit in a top-down, raglan construction which means you can try it on as you go, and make the body and sleeves as long, or as short, as you like.
Plus, the beautiful flare shaping on the sleeves is created so easily, it’s such a satisfying garment to knit!
