This is a great first project if you are expecting and ideal for total beginners. Knitted purely in garter stitch, this scarf can be used as a wrap whilst feeding to provide privacy for you and warmth for your baby. It can also be used as a blanket for the buggy or car seat as the straps can be fed through the 'armholes'. Can be knitted in any colour to match your outerwear or your babies buggy.... in this case black. If you are feeling more adventurous would also look great in stripes. More experienced knitters may also want to add a frill
