The Tomten Socks pattern was inspired by this sweet little story, and the colors and feeling of the beautiful illustrations and words therein.he socks are worked top down, beginning with a twisted rib cuff. Then a band of simple colorwork framed by two Latvian braids. The heel is worked in the German short row method, and the foot finished in stockinette.
