TORRETTA SILK SKIRT - a chic plain coloured skirt in silk/linen/cotton - a wonderful blend. The skirt is worked in rounds downwards from the waist. The top of the skirt is slightly formed regarding tailoring principles. At the top is space as a tube for putting inside an elastic band for the waist. Beautiful and a smart design to wear with a shirt, a jumper like GENEVIEVE or a top like Elisabetta.
This skirt is a part of the series Torretta. Required skill level from 1 (beginner) to 5 (advanged): 2. The measurements throughout the pattern are given in cm as well as inches.
The original model was made in SETA, 100 % bourette silk (50 g = 240 meters) worked together with the lace-weight linen/cotton (50 g = 350 meters) LINO COTONE 1/7000. From Campolmi Roberto Filati in Florence, Italy.
