Look at the knitted picture from directly in front and you see only stripes. Look at it from the side and you will see Tutankhamun.
The knitted panel could be used as a wall-hanging, or part of a bed-covering. The pattern includes several versions of the charts, including one for mobile devices. It also has information to help you understand how illusion knitting works. (It does not give details about how to incorporate it into a completed item.)
The knitting is very easy though it requires concentration and accurate counting. If you can knit and purl you can make this.
The panel is 210 stitches wide. The size will depend on the yarn you choose and how tightly you knit. The version shown measures about 88 cm by 65 cm.
