Two Motif Scarf

This long women’s scarf has two motifs, my take on the traditional square motif and a triangular motif I’ve used as a filler. Both are easy to make and perfect for crochet on the go!

The yarn is a Stylecraft recyled double knit (light worsted yarn) and I chose a plum colour with blue as the main colours. The other colours I used are yarn scraps!

The scarf would look pretty in one colour, but by adding another main colour and introducing subtle coloured yarn for the centre of the motifs transorms a simple pattern into something a little bit special for you.

The motifs are stitched together but if you prefer you can crochet them together using a simple slip stitch.
