This hat is meant to represent a bundle of sticks – each of them so tiny and fragile, but in a bundle so strong and unbreakable.
The pattern is given as a chart and the pattern instructions are given as a written text in a structured scheme. You will only have 2 colors in a round and need 2 colors plus a leftover of a 3rd color.
There is a small video tutorial on how to knit in the round with 2 skeins of yarn to show the basic principle of this technique.
