Cozy cowl neck sweater with raglan sleeves and beautifully blended colors. The color blend is created by holding two strands of yarn together with one of them being the same color throughout and the other one changing from one color to another. The sweater is worked seamlessly from top down. The work begins with the collar. The neckline is then shaped with short rows. When the raglan increases are completed, sleeve stitches are placed on hold. The body is then worked in the round towards the hem. Sleeve stitches are then placed back on the needles and the sleeves are worked in the round towards the cuffs. The pattern includes a photo tutorial for German short rows.
Designed to be worn with approximately 4-4 ½” / 10-11.5 cm of positive ease. Shown in size S.
GAUGE: 21 sts and 30 rows in Stockinette stitch using larger needles and yarns held together = 4” / 10 cm after blocking
