The Velma Purse is a cute accessory to hold your phone and any other small essential. It is a stylish purse to take out everyday, to a wedding, christening, beach party or festival.
I used a macrame type yarn (115g in total) which gives it great strength and structure but any #4 weight yarn would work with an option to line it. You will also need a 4.0mm hook, a tapestry needle, scissors and 8 beads.
It's worked in one piece and seamed at one side. The finished measurements are 12cm x 21cm.
The pattern includes photo tutorials and explanations of all stitches involved. Instructions to create 2 types of cord, a chain and slip stitch cord and an easy i-cord are also included. Instructions also include an option to make it larger.
