This crochet pattern is for a lady's cardigan with a firm panel along the bottom edge which is very easy to do. It's made in double knitting yarn which makes up quickly and providing the tension is matched any DK yarn can be used. This cardigan with the panel could be made for a man or a woman - just make the buttonholes on the left hand side.
Tension required: 18sts and 11 rows to 10cm (4in) over trebles on 4.00mm crochet hook or the size required to give correct tension.
