I originally conceived this piece as a shawl/shawlette with an unusual stepped-triangle shape. When it was finished, I realized that it was a more flexible garment than merely a shawl.
If you fold it right, you can make a fascinating collar that can be worn in concert with a long jacket for extra warmth and style!
The color choices are an homage to Kristin Nicholas, who taught me that “chartreuse goes with everything!”
