I love this design! So fun and earthy. The West Coast Slouchy Hat. The button tab is completely optional. This design is an Advanced Beginner level.
This design has been updated to include a photo tutorial on how to complete the button tab.
You will need a knowledge of hdc (Half Double Crochet), sc, fsc (foundation single crochet), Chain, working without joining in the round.
Materials 200 Yards of Lighter Worsted Weight Yarn 10mm hook and 6.5mm hook. Darning needle, stitch marker. One Large sized button 1- 1/2” or 25 -32mm One size fits most, up to 23” Yarn suggestions: Choose a yarn that is very lightweight with an airy feel to it!
