"Wicker basket" pattern set

NOTE: The set “Wicker basket” consists in 3 patterns: a blanket, a baby bonnet and baby booties. All patterns are created for wool yarn and can be easily realised even by a confident beginner. To make this pattern easier to follow the sizing instructions are colour-coded.

Blanket is worked both flat and in the round in one piece. The knitting starts with the central part which is made flat, then sides parts are worked in the round. The blanked is decorated with fantasy patterns.

Bonnet is worked flat in one piece. It’s made front to back in the garter stitch. It has a wide neck part and can be joined with knitted ties.

Booties are seamless and worked top-down in the round in “magic loop” technique. Booties can be joined with knitted cords.
