This textured, reversible blanket is knit in one piece, back and forth on a circular needle to accommodate the large number of stitches.
Using only knit and purl stitches to create the windmill or pinwheel effect, this pattern would be great for a beginner. Keeping track of the row you’re on is the biggest challenge!
The finished size is approx. 26” x 36” (65cm x 90cm). A cotton, cotton blend, wool blend or acrylic yarn would make for a beautiful soft and washable blanket perfect for crib, stroller or pram.
