Winter Bucket Hat

American crochet terms. I designed this pattern based on an old photograph of a 1920's flapper hat. It is a simple cloche with an interesting brim made of little shells. It calls for readily available worsted weight yarn. Its not a difficult pattern and is suitable for most crocheters including beginners who would like to practice crocheting in the round.
