This crochet beanie is made with a super bulky weight yarn which means its super cozy and works up quick! The hat is worked from the bottom up and features a crochet shell stitch.

Skill Level: Easy
Gauge: 3 sts (shell, sc, shell) x 5 rows of pattern = 4 inches.
Finished Size: Approximately 10 x 9 inches laid flat, 20-21 inch circumference.
Yarn: Chill by Sugar Bush Yarns (100% extra fine merino wool; 3.5 oz/100g; 52 yds/48 m); 1.5 Skeins; Colour: Alabaster. Weight: #6/Super Bulky.
Hook: Size L/11 (8 mm) for Brim and P/15 (10 mm) for hat body. Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
