This cap is inspired by a photo of Norwegian Wallpaper, strewn with forest items. It’s just a forest dream. Though not an exact copy, the floating motifs are in the same style as the paper. Each hat is a little different but all the elements are there! Trees, leaves, flowers, snow, foxes, hearts, birds and reindeer all appear in the cap.
Knit in 4 sizes (Infant, Child, Adult, Large Adult) using Cascade 220, but any worsted that meets gauge will work. If knitting the setup row for the chart seems impossible, see the final page for a “Cheat Sheet” to make the setup row much easier! Each size is slightly different due to the random nature of the design.
