Here's an idea I have had to get off my chest... Being an incomer to Wales ( ie. '"Sqwelsh"), I love the attitude that the Welsh dragon seems to have - something to do with the local fighting spirit for things like rugby I suppose - I don't understand it myself...
Anyway, this model/toy makes up to a 10 inch or so long dragon. You need 50g of DK yarn, which should be red of course.
This also works in aran yarn (allow a good 100g or so) on 4mm needles.
