This is an original pattern for a colourful double thickness potholder with a zingy ripple pattern on the front. The reverse is plain red, and both thicknesses are joined by a double row of crochet in red.
I have recommended 100% cotton yarn, making it safe to stand warm dishes on and to protect your hands from burns. Measures 10" x 9.5" (26cm x 24cm) plus the hanging loop at the top. Stitches used are slip stitch, single crochet, half double, double, double 2 together. Instructions for all stitches used are included in the pattern, together with lots of photos to help you.
