      can you kindly confirm that version 1 is pattern and garter and version 2 is pattern only? just starting this one and very excited. may be a bit above my level, we'll see!!

        Hi Catey, thanks for your question. Yes, version 1 is pattern and garter, version 2 is pattern only. All is explained in the pattern so if you want to knit version 1, just follow written instructions, charts or both for version 1. I hope this helps.
