First snow brings the first winter day. My daughter is always delighted to find frost patterns on a house or a car window; she always tries to make out shapes in those patterns. GAUGE: 20 sts and 26 rows in stockinette per 10x10 cm/4x4 inches on US #6/4.0 mm needles or size needed to obtain gauge.
